went to far east plaza today to buy a new bag with my sisters, a photo of my bag is below. after shopping went for music lesson at bishan. just found out my new form teacher is some person called mrs peh, hope she is nice. i decided to enroll for some math tuition on saturday from 7-9. hope the teacher is nice. can't wait for 2009! happy new year in advance!

today was kinda boring. spent the whole last night packing my table but i couldn't upload the photo! help wrap my sister's textbook today, there is still some more left to wrap. cook dinner tonight and i burnt myself with hot oil this time, it kinda left a temporary scar behind, but dun worry i'm ok, all these things always happen. tomorrow is the last day of 2008! omgosh, time passes so fast! i am gonna be a officially a year older in about 30 days time.can't wait! this is my current breakfast, it is super nice and it is called Pop-tarts!i love it! here is a picture of it:

dear god, i just wanna thank you god for allowing my grandma to have a speedy recovery, thank you god for helping her along the way even though she is non- christian i would really like to thank you so much as when i was really afraid when something was gonna happen to her you told me to not be, thank you god for taking away this worry from my mom as she has been worrying about it so much. i really would like to thank you and i hope that you god would cast a miracle on her that she would be able to walk like a normal person after recovering, and that she would accept you as her lord. i am really grateful that you have help her god and really thankful for it. i pray all this in jesus holy and honourable name i pray, amen.

i found this really cool website for christians, it is a website where they do devotions daily. the devotions changes daily and its cool, i go onto the website daily to do my devotions if i have no time to do my daily devotions. the website is http://www.devotions.net/. 2009 is coming soon and here are my new year's resolution:

-be a better christian
-be a better friend/ daughter/ sister/ person
-be a healthier person ( i have been eating too much junk!)
-have better grades next year
-learn how to save up money
-be a better dancer

merry christmas to everyone out there. i would like to thank all of you who have been friends with me the whole year! thank you all so much and i hope that we continue being friends!had a fabulous christmas dinner yesterday night at my aunt's house. we had like turkey, ham, salad( i made it!), potato salad, log cake. i kept eating and eating throughout the night. i think i kinda suffered from a little indigestion... that would remind me never to eat so much again! my aunt did something quite evil yesterday, she confiscated all the psp and handphones so we were inda stuck with the tv and each other. i was watching this christian show that my uncle play, it was about moses i think the movie is called "Moses" it was quite nice and i only watched halfway cause the movie was like 3 hours long. came home from the dinner and we watched the holiday and we fell asleep in the living room.woke up at around 10 plus and we went to changi for lunch. we went to changi beach after lunch, me and my sisters decided to walk on the water, it was really fun, i have not done that in such a long time. we rented chronicles of narnia: prince caspian, mama mia and meet dave to watch. but so far we only manage to complete watching mama mia, prince caspian. going to watch meet dave tomorrow. so i kinda rested this whole day and did nothing! school is starting soon... ugh...

today i went out to watch twilight with hannah. it was awesome!later we went to popular to buy gift wrappers and it was super hard to find them. went to hannah's house to gift wrap the gifts.later we met up with kenneth to go to vel's house warming party. while waiting for kenneth, i decided to give hannah a little makeover, it turned out nice! hannah have some confidence! we later went to vel's house and had some walk at the swimming pool. kinda got a little wet, went to vel's house for dinner. her house is nice!after dinner, hannah's parents dropped me at yck and went home from there. today is kinda fun.some of the photos are below:

had a new haircut today, the hairdresser messed up my frindge( i will never go back there again!) and now my hair is like kinda bangs, gonna pin it up when school reopens till it grows back. the hairdresser totally didn't understand me at all and i got super angry at her, but oh well she was just trying to do her job. had a fun time today cause i had a mini fmily gathering, apparently my grandma has to go to the temple at the end of the year to do some returning wish thingy and my father forced me to go, i sat at the benches there and started reading my book for like the whole time. my mum made this crystal bracelet for her mum caused she has some problems with her health and the crystals are said to do some stuff, even though i don't believe it but i still think that is really sweet of her to do it. all in all it was quite fun. had porridge for dinner today and i just simply love sunday night dinners! its like the whole family gets involve with it and we just get to spend quality time together and i enjoy it alot, it kinda became a tradition i guess to have sunday dinner where everyone is involved. going out with hannah tomorrow and vel's housewarming party, can't wait!

this is the second day i am living a 'different life'. today was quite fun and boring i guess. yesterday night was a cold night. woke up at 5 plus in the morning shivering. it is very cold due to the fan and i opened the window and sleep. i slept close the window, the scenery was quite nice as i am staying on the 16 storey. it started to get noisy at 5.45 due to the lrt and bus services nearby. but thank god that i managed to go back to sleep again. woke up at 8am and i was like in my jacket for practically the whole day. helped my grandma with lunch and surfed the net for the whole day.the youtube videos are not working on the laptop today, so i had nothing to do the whole day! fed my cousin lunch today.went down to play with my cousins today. i didn't know a ball could just entertain them the whole day.they were just easily contented.i learnt so much from my grandma this 2 days in my cooking skills and how she takes care of my cousins.i feel that their parents are so irresponsible for just throwing them in singapore and going on a holiday alone for 2 weeks.its so fustrating just thinking of it.
another thing, the food here is like super delicous, thanks to my grandma. this is the first time in months since i had 3 proper meals and the feeling of someone taking care of me the whole day. it feels so nice. how i wish i would just last, but yet again i want to go back to my home, i miss my bed and cable so much!
can't wait to celebrate christmas with hannah and kenneth on thursday.super excited!
need to go back home and do my last minute holiday homework... i still have no idea how to do english! ok thats all for now! goodnight!=)

today was the first day i would be staying at my cousin house. apparently their parents are overseas now and they have their 3 small children in singapore which will be taken care by my grandma. we will be staying at my cousin house for 3 days. the life here is so much different as compared to back home. even though we are living in the smae country and we are in the same family but how they live their life is so much different from mine. the life they lead is much simpler which only consist of fun. going down to the playground to play could also be very fun to them.life is so simple to them it was only to just have fun. they were easily contented.buit our lives were so much more complicated. it consist of gossip, technology, computers, cell phones, etc. it was much more complicated than theirs. we were hard to please and not everything could make us happy. i learnt alot in just one day. i learnt a lot of cooking tips from my grandma, one thing i learnt was that the simplest ingredients could make the best dishes. one thing i learnt from my young cousins were that life can be led simply and made easily if we really want to. i just realised how much my life have evoled into, all the drama, all the gossip and all the entertainment. i don't mean that it is a bad thing, the life i am leading now is simply fantastic but sometimes i just wish that i would be able to lead such a simple life like them. the moment they wake up they would find something fun to play and wait for the next meal. it was just so simple. sometimes i just wish i could lead a simple life...
